Procedures

1. Receiving  an official letter by the Civil Defense directorate from the requesting party (departments), whether governmental or private, requesting the preparation and implementation of a contingency plan for the establishments.
2. The Operations Department shall establish a committee of competent departments in addition to the department's safety officer to examine the case.
3. The committee shall inspect the site and develop the required plan for the establishment.
4. Implementation and evaluation of the evacuation plan.
